Honkai Star Rail was a lot more fun than I imagined it would be, with its interactive turn based gameplay, and engaging storyline! The game is so pretty, so sometimes I just sit there and listen to the music while peacefully exploring. It is a little laggy on older devices, but should still run fine. (I played on my iPhone 7)Overall, Honkai Star rail is a gem of a game, definitely would recommend :D

The characters, story, gameplay is nice. But grinding for relics and materials becomes quite time consuming (I gave up playing because of this after playing from release-blade’s banner. I have 90 of the fuel topups and the 2.4k extra + the usual 240 tp almost always, not even bothering to use it anymore like other games) and boring day after day. Especially relics which takes much longer, and the auto play system isn’t much help, often letting characters get killed by stronger enemies or using ultimates on enemies with one hit shields/low health and targeting smaller enemies instead of the boss. It would be nice if it had a replay system where auto play would repeat previous moves to not worry about auto play messing up. (Similar to reverse 1999’s) besides that, all of it is amazing, and I would have given 5* rating

Not gonna lie, when I start playing this game which i am having fun at first, but after playing to farm stellar jade. I have notice my pulls for characters is mostly hard pity (ngl). After getting 80 pulls I lost 50/50 then after 60-80 pull i got the character, but after hard pity again i lost 50/50 which is so annoying. Plus when I get the weapon it still lost 50/50, like come on! I HAVE BEEN GRINDING FOR STELLAR JADE AND SPENDING MONEY AND STILL GETS HARD PITY. And for my favourite character Acheron, she is so OP when she got first release, then after long time she is weak as. Like I her weapon, E1 (planning to get E2 and should have E2, if I dont lose 50/50), build her greatly, plus I pull the characters thats good for her. When I fight the enemy like bosses, the damage shows 1m+ but only a little damage the bosses’ hp. So I could still play but not everyday like I used to be (planning to stop playing this in the future). I would not recommend this to anyone.

Great game, but just lacks content

I’m hovering on 3-4 stars, but the game once you’ve finished the storyline doesn’t have a lot to do. There is no re-exploring areas, the “repeat” content you can play in auto pilot.The last 2 months have felt like logging in is a chore to make sure my “stamina” is all used or not capping out.The relic farming and dusting system is terrible just like Genshin, possibly worse.Enjoyable first couple of months, great game if you want to just do that and enjoy the story and park it for 6 months till there is enough content to play again.Otherwise it’s just another gacha game without any real fun content for end game players.
