Easy Japanese news in translation: Murakami reaches 10 MLB home runs in record time

On April 22, Munetaka Murakami, a 26-year-old player for the Chicago White Sox in Major League Baseball, hit his 10th home run in a game against the Arizona Diamondbacks in Phoenix. By reaching double digits in home runs in his 24th game of the season, he set the fastest record among Japanese players. The previous record was 28 games, set by Shohei Ohtani, now age 31, in 2021.
