The suggestion to allow local bureaucrats at svwiki to remove sysop flags locally has gained community support (15 in favor, no one against). The wiki likely should be large enough for the change (63 admins, 4 bureaucrats).

Yes, I am aware of this and take it into account. That being said, this is a large wiki with a large number of admins and active community members, and with relatively frequent rights removals (because of a streamlined confirmation system). All in all this should likely mostly be a routine change with no major obstacles and hopefully shouldn't be an issue in that end for this request to be approved.
