Filled T425893: MediaWiki is incapable of deleting files with too many versions to handle this in a more reasonable way in the future.

Urbanecm closed T423823: Commons file that cannot be deleted by normal means as Resolved.

And...done. I deleted the last few hundreds of versions through the standard interface.
